Payment and Cancellation Policy

-Payment & Booking

To secure a booking, we need 30% as a deposit from the total cost of the trip or you may make the total payment in one shot to avoid the hassle. Our departures are 100 % guaranteed. We recommend you book your chosen holiday as early as possible as most of our trips fill up quickly. Once we receive the payment amount: it is deemed to be an agreement between “You and Nomadic Tours” (Pakistan).

You can pay with Bank Transfers to our company’s bank account (bank details will be provided once you confirm your booking). Under special circumstances we may accept payment on arrival as well. Soon we are working on payments through Credit Card (Visa & Master).

-Cancellation policy

If you want to cancel your Trip/Trek for any given reason our cancellation policy is flexible. We don’t want your money to go in total waste. From our years of experience we have learnt that, many a time’s clients cancel their trips last minute for various reasons/inevitable circumstances. And we understand that!

-We give a 100 % refund minus 30% deposit amount.

Please note that the 30% of your trip costs us in making hotel bookings (during peak seasons we make the hotel bookings and payments weeks/months ahead of your scheduled trips).Hence we deduct the deposit amount from your refund to make up for the loss we incur.
