1: Where are you based ?

Our Head office is located in Karimabad Hunza  ,Our International Liaison office is in Islamabad

2: Are you a licensed tour operator?

Yes we are a licensed tour operator registered with Ministry of Tourism, Government of Pakistan.

3: Are your guides Licensed ?

All of our guides are Licensed by the Tourism department of Pakistan

4: What do I need to bring?

We suggest you to bring appropriate clothing according to the season you are travelling. We will send you complete details on what to bring after booking confirmation

5: Do you organize Tours/Treks for packages you have mentioned?

No,our mentioned packages are the ones based on popularity of our years of experience after careful filtering and considerations after tourist-reviews.

6: Do I make a reservation or Just show up ?

Reservations are required for all our tours because it enables us to determine the number of guides, support staff on Ground. We need to ensure all things are planned and manageable.

7: Do you help with the obtaining Visa?

Yes, we will assist you to process your visa application.

8: What is an invitation letter ? Will you send it to me because the Pakistani embassy asks for it to process my Tourist visa ?

Letter of invitation (LOI) commonly referred as an invitation letter is a necessary document to process your visa. Please keep in mind only authorized tour companies can send you an invitation letter. We will send you once you have confirmed your booking with us. For more details see Invitation letter.

9: Do you charge for sending the Invitation letter?

No, we do not charge for the invitation letter. It’s inclusive of your tour package.

10: How do I make the payment?

You can pay an initial deposit fee (30 %) of you tour cost to confirm your booking and pay 70% later two weeks before your departure date. You may pay in one shot and avoid the double hassle. Once you make the full payment it’s deemed as an agreement between you and Nomadic Tours.

You can make the payment through various channels which suits you

a) You can make the payment to our bank account directly

b) under certain circumstances we may accept cash on arrival. We soon hope to have online payments available with us


11: What is your Refund Policy?

-Once you make the full payment an agreement is deemed between you and Nomadic Tours ,and you are entitled to refund policy.
If you cancel your trip for any personnel reason :

No refund is made on initial deposit a total of 30 % in case of no show or cancellation of trip on your behalf, because we already make the bookings on your behalf and incur the loss. We confirm all the bookings and make the necessary logistic arrangements two month well before your scheduled trip.
If Nomadic Tours cancels your trip due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, Pandemic breakout, Political scenario you are entitled to a full refund excluding bank charges.
-Refund will be made in US $ as per the company policy.


12: What if Nomadic Tours cancels trip after I making the full payment?

If Nomadic Tours cancels your trip due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters,,conflict,unfavourable climate e.t.c then Nomadic tours will make a 100% refund excluding the deposit fee.
